1, 30 minute video call to introduce sleep plan and answer any questions.
Your choice of 1 week of email support, OR 5 emails with your sleep consultant to be used within 2 weeks of initial consultation, for answering any questions or trouble shooting.
Perfect for families who understand the fundamentals of sleep and feel confident in carrying out the plan, with some support available on an as needed basis.
