We were struggling to know how to approach changing our 18month old sleep habits and were overwhelmed by all the advice online. We wanted to have clear and simple instructions with a tailored approach to our child’s needs and our situation. Moriah was so helpful in creating a custom plan that allowed us to feel comfortable navigating sleep training. While it is challenging to do something new, it was so helpful to have Moriah’s encouragement and feedback. When we felt discouraged she would let us know what we were experiencing was normal and would resolve. Also not having to second guess what we’re doing or how to do it gave me the confidence to stick to it. Sure enough within 2 days we saw huge strides in our child’s reaction to the new plan. Our child is now consistently falling asleep on her own in her crib, sleeping through the night all with no crying or fussing. Her sleeping has brought us all so much more rest and less stress over nap time/bedtime. I highly recommend working with Moriah! Whitney B

Moriah helped me work with my four month old who has always been anti-nap. With her sleep guide we were able to try different strategies to help extend and stretch his naps so he was getting the much needed sleep that his body deserved! So often we think of only night sleep as the one that is important, and it is, but Moriah helped us find success in the day sleep too. I highly recommend Moriah for all your baby sleep needs - she is knowledgeable and gentle in her approach. Thank you, Moriah!

"Sleep training doesn’t mean you have to let your baby cry themselves to sleep. It can be a gradual process and easy on both you and your baby."

“Her knowledge and experience was valuable. She was able to relate with her own experiences which was helpful in the process.
