Detailed intake questionnaire
1 customized sleep plan
1, 30 minute video call to introduce sleep plan and answer any questions.
1, 1 hour live support during bed or nap time (via video call)
2 weeks of Email and text support
Daily Text Check in’s or Daily 5 minute phone call q & a’s as needed.
1, 45 min S.O.S video call to use within a month
1 edit/revision to sleep plan/schedule to be redeemed within 2 months of service or a pre-created next steps document
