2 weeks of email or text support – so that you can ask questions and stay accountable as new habits take shape. (with a 2 hour response window during hours of 7am-9pm)
One 45-minute follow-up call (to use within the 2 week support window ) – so that we can fine-tune the plan as your baby adjusts and celebrate your wins together.
